Le droit transnational

This book is the first French-language book on transnational law.

It was born from the practice of large African or Asian extractive contracts (oil, gas, mining) to which many examples are borrowed and can also be read as an introduction to the practice of international business law.

This book can still be read as an introduction to the English global law & business & human rights which he shares the pragmatic style. Finally, it can be read as an introduction to global legal thought, also known as global law studies, which was born from a transcontinental dialogue.
