Gilles Lhuilier is professor of private law at the Ecole Normale Supérieure in Rennes and scientific director of the FMSH Paris program on the globalization of law. Former lawyer, president of the International Society of Extractive Law, he is an expert with various international organizations especially in the field of large extractive, oil and mining contracts. He wrote the first book on transnational law in French.
