Gregory Lewkowicz has been appointed rapporteur on digital and the rule of law by the Paris Club of Jurists. It will oversee the work of the digital center in this framework and will prepare a report and recommendations on the issue in May 2019 based on a network of international experts and on the consultation of institutional actors such as the Council of State, the Court of Cassation or the CNIL.
The question is at the heart of the concerns of a significant part of the contemporary literature on the computerization of the State, on the practices implemented on a large scale by certain private technological actors as well as on the uses of the autonomous systems and the implications Societies of artificial intelligence.
