The global scenario reveals a world of varied and plural juridical relationships, of ‘sources’ multiplied and reproduced in imitations, of active legal subjects, of re-inventions of space and of exchanges. An absolute primadonna is missing, as was the legislation, and we add traditional traits and novelties, old languages and new terms, rejection of the past and return to the distant past, as in a Flemish painting full of colors and characters that crowd the scene.

Despite the disorder, the systems communicate and often dialogue, and drafts of global law announce a new legal course.
